I ordered this to have hot water for our fish cleaning station on our deck..This is a great product..now I don't have to drag all of the messy fish cleaning utensils into our cabin! I have instant hot water on the deck. It is also great having hot water for clean up when we are grilling out on the deck..It was an inexpensive that seems to solve lots of issues and makes outdoor living much easier!!I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to be stuck inside cleaning up while guest are out on the deck..We use it at our sink instead of a shower..:0) Lori

I purchased this heater for my barn. When I first tried it I couldn't get it to light and after MUCH frustration I sent it back to the manufacturer. Well I guess the gas igniter was bad and they replaced it. Once I got it back I set it all up again and it fired right up. I was soooo happy. I have not actually used it yet to wash a horse but I think it is going to be great. I too have to get the connections on better because when I did my trial it leaked like crazy at all of the fittings and I did use plumbers tape. I don't think it will be a problem though I just need to take my time and do a better job. Anyway you can't beat the price.

We bought one of these when we found out that we wouldn't have gas at the new house for the holidays, and we had planned to have the WHOLE family over (10 people) for a week.

This little guy provided a GREAT shower for everybody, and we definetely didn't miss the lack of gas for shower purposes. 100000% recommended.

PS - It comes with ALL the connectors that you might want, so look carefuly inside the box before you go aou buying unnecessary connectors like I did.
We installed this heater and it had problems from the start. You cannot put the heat full and the water flow full at the same time. Choose either water pressure or heat- you can't have both. Very difficult to adjust temperature. The flame always goes out as the other reviewer said. It is NOT for outside use - we left it outside and when the temperature went below freezing, it all came apart and was useless after that. It is too cheap to be any good. Expect to spend $300 for one that really works and lasts
